Deskripsi Kerja

HLK (Chain-Store) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to manage customer relationships and ensure efficient department operations. Responsibilities include handling feedback, leading a team, collaborating with other departments, and compiling reports. Candidates should possess at least a diploma or degree and have strong analytical skills. Fresh graduates and those with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in MS Office is required; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus. Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning and should be below 35 years old.
