Deskripsi Kerja
Tropicana Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. Your responsibilities include assisting with inquiries and complaints via phone and email, conducting follow-ups on resolved cases, and managing customer satisfaction surveys. You will also handle database management for our Tropicana Privilege Card Customer Loyalty Programme.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Diploma in a related field, minimum three years of customer service experience, strong communication skills in English, and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. The role is permanent with a salary of RM3,00.00 – RM3,800.00 per month.
