Deskripsi Kerja

Salary: RM300 – RM4500

Working Days: Monday – Sunday (5 days working, 2 days off – rotating)

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday – 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m., Sunday – 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service and manage patient flow.
  • Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and check-ins.
  • Perform selective eye tests and manage administrative tasks.
  • Support doctors with instructions and maintain the doctor’s room.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns and special projects.

Requirements:

  • SPM, Diploma, or Degree holder.
  • Minimum 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience.
  • Well-groomed, fast learner, and able to travel.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
