Deskripsi Kerja
Malindo Airways Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Officer. In this role, you will assist customers with their booking needs, respond to inquiries, and handle calls professionally. You’ll manage complaint feedback, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include conducting outbound calls and providing accurate information, while adhering to corporate quality standards.
The position is a full-time contract for 12 months, offering a salary of RM2,800.00 – RM3,200.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, maternity leave, and professional development opportunities. You should ideally reside in or plan to relocate to Ara Damansara.
