Deskripsi Kerja

Join DM Mobile Telecommunications SDN BHD as a Customer Care Representative! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to handle incoming customer calls and emails, provide accurate information on our services, and assist in resolving customer complaints. Your role will include processing tracking, pickups, and claims requests while maintaining records of customer interactions.

Location: Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya

Intake Date: 18th August

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh Graduates Welcome

Pay: Up to RM3,300.00 per month with benefits such as a flexible schedule, provided meals, and opportunities for professional development.

Preferred Language: Mandarin. Work Location: In person. Schedule: Monday to Friday.
