Deskripsi Kerja
Elite Asia Services is hiring a Customer Care Representative in Ulu Tiram, Johor. Full-time, in-person role (5.5 days/week) with pay RM2,00–RM2,800/month. You will be the first point of contact—handle phone, email, and chat; resolve customer issues; process orders, returns, and exchanges; maintain records; and report common problems. We seek a friendly, patient communicator who types well, learns new software, and listens carefully. Prior customer support experience (2 years) is preferred but training will be provided.
