Deskripsi Kerja
Nityo Infotech is seeking enthusiastic Malaysian citizens for the position of Customer Care Representative. Ideal candidates must be fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, with the ability to write in traditional Mandarin and possess basic English proficiency.
Your role will involve:
- Providing voice and email support to assist customers with inquiries and issues.
- Ensuring prompt responses and accurate information regarding products and services.
- Documenting customer interactions and following up on unresolved cases.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months) with a salary range of RM2,500.00 – RM77,77.00 per month. Enjoy benefits like health insurance, meal allowance, and opportunities for professional development.
