Deskripsi Kerja
We are an IT Consulting Company looking for a dedicated Customer Chat Support representative who is fluent in Mandarin. Your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, improving customer experience, and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements include a diploma or higher, minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service within the Telco industry, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. You must be able to work on a rotational shift schedule.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotational Shift, Weekend Jobs
