Deskripsi Kerja
Join KVC Industrial Supplies Sdn Bhd as a Customer Commercial Support Specialist. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries through various channels, provide internal sales support, and maintain customer relationships. You’ll assist with data entry, manage customer credit limits, and follow up on feedback from NPS surveys. The ideal candidate should have at least a Diploma, with 3+ years in customer service, and possess excellent communication skills. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about serving customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,600.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
