Job Description
Role Purpose:
As an IT Customer Experience Analyst at Logicalis, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Cyberjaya. You will collaborate with your team to ensure positive outcomes for our clients.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level customer support with accurate information about services.
- Enforcing and reviewing processes to ensure documentation is up-to-date.
- Diagnosing issues and providing solutions to restore services.
- Escalating unresolved problems to appropriate teams.
- Managing inbound calls and ticket prioritization effectively.
