Deskripsi Kerja
Accordia Solution Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual to join our solar panel company as a Customer Experience Consultant. You will ensure clients have a smooth and professional experience through phone, email, or WeChat.
Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude are essential.
Qualifications: Minimum SPM/Certificate; experience in customer service preferred. Good command of English and basic technical aptitude required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,400.00/month | Benefits: Professional development.
