Ksisters, a leading K-Beauty, lifestyle, and fashion company based in Singapore, is seeking an independent, proactive, and quick-learning individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Executive. This remote position involves close collaboration with our Singapore team to manage customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a flexible work environment, effectively handling customer inquiries, managing after-sales service, assisting with custom orders on Shopify, and coordinating deliveries with our courier partners. Familiarity with Zendesk, Shopify, TikTok, and Shopee is a plus.
