Deskripsi Kerja
Wahdah Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Executive to join our team. This full-time position requires strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and adept problem-solving capabilities. The ideal candidate should be able to handle stress effectively and have a solid understanding of basic computer applications.
Your responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries via chat and email, closing sales, resolving disputes, and ensuring a smooth check-out process. Exhibiting excellent telephone etiquette and providing support to associates will also be part of your role.
Salary ranges from RM1,800.00 to RM2,200.00 per month.
