The Role: As the Customer Experience Lead at Logicalis, you will oversee the Service Desk team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our managed service customers. This role blends technical expertise and team leadership, allowing you to guide the team in best practices while also diving into technical tickets when necessary.
Accountabilities: You will motivate the Service Desk team, conduct performance reviews, monitor key service metrics, and act as an escalation point for critical operational issues.
