We are seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist to join our team at Ezy Trade. The successful candidate will manage customer interactions, ensure satisfaction, and boost sales through outstanding service and effective communication.

Experience Level: 1-3 years
Minimum Education Required: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 2-3 years in customer service and sales roles.
Language Required: English, Bahasa Malaysia
Nationality Preferred: Malaysians Only
Salary: RM 1,700 to RM 2,500 per month
