Deskripsi Kerja
Join Elabram Systems Sdn Bhd as a Customer Experience Specialist! In this role, you will provide an omnichannel experience by engaging with customers through various platforms including email, chat, WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls. Your personalized interactions will enhance customer satisfaction while meeting service standards.
Requirements: Fluent in English, excellent communication skills, at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 monthly. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.
