Deskripsi Kerja
TopNotch is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. You will provide quality customer support 24/7 through LiveChat and digital channels. Responsibilities include monitoring communication channels, gathering feedback, performing administrative tasks related to driver accounts, and supporting departmental campaigns.
Requirements: Diploma in a relevant field, 2-3 years in Customer Service, proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Position based in 1st Avenue, Bandar Utama, with a salary of RM2,200.00 to RM2,800.00 and additional benefits.
