Deskripsi Kerja

Executive Compass is seeking a dedicated Customer Quality Analyst to join our global team. This role involves supporting the Customer Quality Engineering team through various administrative tasks, data retrieval, and analysis to ensure quality solutions exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate Level 1 OCAP data.
• Assist in preparing detailed OCAP reports.
• Manage quality notifications (QN).
• Generate SPC/PCS reports.
• Support data analysis and project follow-up.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in data analysis, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
