Deskripsi Kerja
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer retention by collaborating with the Insurance Department.
- Attend to inquiries from walk-in customers and incoming calls.
- Maintain customer files and follow up on satisfaction levels.
- Assist in executing Customer Relationships and Marketing events.
- Handle general administration tasks, including quotes and policy management.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree; fresh graduates welcome.
- Service-oriented with good communication skills.
- Team player who can multitask under pressure.
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
