Deskripsi Kerja
Sri Utama One Auto Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive. In this role, you will conduct service reminders via SMS and calls, coordinate appointment bookings, and efficiently handle customer concerns. Collaboration with dealership staff is essential to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements include a minimum diploma, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English, Malay, and local dialects.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM, with a salary range of RM2,00.00 – RM2,400.00 per month.
