Deskripsi Kerja
Join Khind Malaysia as a Customer Relations Intern! In this role, you will respond to customer queries via walk-ins, hotline calls, emails, and digital channels. You’ll manage service requests, maintain a reliable service database, handle complaints, and conduct follow-ups on service status.
Additional responsibilities include filing invoices, processing sales orders for spare parts, and engaging with customers on social media.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to RM1,00.00/month | Schedule: Monday to Friday | Preferred location: Johor Bahru.
