Deskripsi Kerja
MHG Elite SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Representative to maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction with our aftersales services.
Key Responsibilities: Manage customer feedback, conduct post-service follow-ups, develop loyalty programs, handle service complaints, and create marketing campaigns for social media.
Qualifications: Diploma/advanced diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver’s license (D) required.
Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month.
Location: Kluang (Reliable commute or plan to relocate).
