Deskripsi Kerja

Join our team at Pakar HR Sdn Bhd as a Customer Relationship Executive! Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming walk-in customers, phone calls, appointments, and messages.
• Addressing customer needs and concerns to turn unhappy customers into return guests.
• Building rapport to ensure customer retention.
• Promoting and up-selling products, services, and packages.
• Providing feedback on sales effectiveness and store activities.
• Delivering product knowledge to customers.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,500.00 per month

Benefits: Maternity leave

Schedule: On call

Supplemental Pay: Attendance bonus, Commission pay
