As a Customer Relationship Manager you will acquire and manage client relationships, deliver financial planning and wealth management advice, generate leads, convert prospects into sales, and grow wallet share under a “farmer” approach. Candidates should hold a degree or diploma and 2–3 years branch sales experience. Possession of compulsory licenses (IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILLI, TBE, etc.) is required. We seek result-oriented, customer-focused professionals with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for sales and market awareness.
