Location: Taman Molek, Johor Bahru
Company: Hoom Venture Sdn Bhd (Private Pool Villas)
Job Scope:
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance teams.
- Analyze customer feedback for improvements.
- Handle bookings and invoices.
Requirements:
- Proficient in written & verbal Mandarin.
- 6 working days per week (weekday off).
- Honest, responsible, reliable team player.
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
