Deskripsi Kerja

Acom (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and provide exceptional support to our clients. This role involves managing appointment inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, as well as accurately entering patient information into our systems.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred, along with excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
