Addcom Solution (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in any field.
We welcome fresh graduates under 25 years old who can communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin. Computer knowledge is essential, and proficiency in spoken Chinese is an added advantage.
Your responsibilities will include handling customer orders, performing data entry, following up on shipment progress, and managing processing and administrative tasks as needed.
