Deskripsi Kerja
SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service & Administrative Executive. The successful candidate will efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage daily operational tasks.
Responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing warranty claims, and responding professionally to customer queries. A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Business Administration is required, along with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
