Deskripsi Kerja
CSE Automotive Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking motivated Customer Service Professionals (SOC Advisors) to join our Contact Center team. This position serves as the first point of contact for customer concerns and requires tech-savviness to handle inquiries via phone and computer.
Available shifts include nights, weekends, and overnight. Candidates must possess a diploma or degree, have 1-2 years of customer service experience, and demonstrate strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 – RM2,700.00 per month
