Deskripsi Kerja
Agensi Pekerjaan Ingenious Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. You will handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries and provide product information, support pre-sales and post-sales, and maintain an organized order backlog.
Applicants should possess a diploma/degree (engineering preferred), excellent communication and time management skills. Knowledge of SAP is preferred, and multi-tasking is crucial. Candidates who can speak Mandarin, Hokkien, or Cantonese will have an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM3,800.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
