Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Petaling Jaya
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle transport-related inquiries via calls, chat, and email
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
- Resolve complaints and escalate when needed
- Work with the team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service (preferred)
- Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Willing to work shifts (8 AM – 12 AM), weekends, and public holidays
- Rotational day-off
Job Type: Contract (12 months)
Pay: RM 3,400.00 – RM 3,800.00 per month
