Deskripsi Kerja
Transcosmos Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include responding promptly to customer inquiries via call, live chat, and email, managing complaints, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
This full-time, permanent position offers a remuneration package of RM 2,400.00 – RM 2,900.00 per month, and comes with benefits such as dental and health insurance, as well as professional development opportunities.
