Deskripsi Kerja
Transcosmos Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will respond to customer inquiries via call, live chat, and email, providing assistance with E-commerce products and services. You will manage complaints, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
The position offers a remuneration package ranging from RM 2,400 to RM 2,900 per month, including benefits such as dental and health insurance, as well as professional development opportunities. The working location is at Sunway Visio Tower, Cheras, with 24/7 rotational shifts.
