Deskripsi Kerja
In this Customer Service and Administrative Intern role at Rentokil Initial, you will assist with inbound and complaint calls, confirm service appointments, monitor service backlogs, re-plan schedules and issue tickets, and compile dockets and service schedules. Duration depends on your university requirement. Ideal candidates are final-semester students or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Diploma in a business-related field and must have their own transport. Benefits include a monthly allowance and the potential for permanent employment based on performance. Location: Rentokil Initial (M) Sdn Bhd, No. 7 Jalan Utarid U5/13, Seksyen U5, 40150 Shah Alam.
