Nirvana Asia Group (Penang) is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to manage daily service operations efficiently. This role includes handling sales transactions, addressing customer inquiries, processing bookings, issuing official receipts, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments, verify urn compartment details, and maintain the cleanliness of customer areas. You will also assist with the replenishment of sales materials and support the cashier as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
