Deskripsi Kerja
We invite Malaysian citizens who meet the qualifications to apply for the position of Customer Service Assistant at Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd (PROLINTAS).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure toll booth and equipment are operational.
- Classify vehicle types accurately.
- Support product sales as needed.
- Assist highway users in need.
- Manage traffic during lane issues.
- Report user information or complaints.
- Ensure accurate transaction details.
- Report incidents to the Toll Supervisor.
Qualifications: Minimum SPM, willing to work shifts, two years of customer service experience.
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,700.00 per month.
