SH COGENT LOGISTICS SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to facilitate the movement of goods and ensure client satisfaction. The essential duties include arranging transportation, preparing shipping and customs documents, negotiating shipping rates, managing customs clearance, and providing real-time updates to clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and experience in customer service.
Qualifications include a minimum of SPM or a Diploma in any field. We offer a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from RM2,500.00 to RM3,500.00, along with benefits such as free parking. The job requires in-person attendance.
