Deskripsi Kerja
SOGO Malaysia is seeking a vibrant and dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer and member services, assist with enquiries and complaints, manage gift wrapping, and facilitate exchange, return, and refund processes.
Qualified applicants must be Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above, fully vaccinated, and available to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays. A minimum of SPM and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Customer service experience is a plus.
We offer a salary of RM1,650.00 to RM1,800.00 per month and career advancement opportunities.
