Deskripsi Kerja
Job Purpose: As a Customer Service Assistant, you will manage orders from customers via Tele Ordering and Emails in SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders accurately.
- Handle enquiries promptly.
- Address urgent matters efficiently.
- Generate timely reports.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions.
Requirements: SPM/Diploma, 1-2 years experience, effective communication, thrive in competition.
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Bukit Jelutong
