Deskripsi Kerja
DM Mobile Telecommunications SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will handle all inbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding our products. Our goal is to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
Responsibilities: Manage customer interactions and collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and SLAs.
Requirements: Minimum SPM; proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus); at least 1 year of service industry experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
