Deskripsi Kerja

DM Mobile Telecommunications SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Associate. You will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing accurate information, and assisting with billing issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information on products and promotions.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.

Location: Near LRT SUBANG JAYA (5 minutes walk)

Pay: Up to RM3,200.00 per month
