Deskripsi Kerja
Synergy XYZ (M) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a passionate Customer Service Associate to support our customers on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will assist customers with their inquiries and issue resolutions, ensuring a positive brand image through collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin, good English and Bahasa Malaysia, 1–3 years of experience in customer service, and available for shifts (weekends/public holidays).
What’s Offered: Attractive salary (RM4,00 – RM5,00/month), a 5-day work week, and 12 days of annual leave.
