Deskripsi Kerja
Join FINEXUS GROUP as a Customer Service Authorization Specialist. In this role, you will resolve customer complaints, process adjustments, and maintain financial accounts. You’ll analyze customer needs to recommend products and services while contributing to team efforts.
Requirements: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with 1-2 years of contact center experience. Familiarity with POS handling and transaction authorization is essential. Strong English and Malay communication skills are required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,800.00 – RM3,200.00 per month
