Deskripsi Kerja
Location:
The Atmosphere, Seri Kembangan (Near MRT)
Working Hours:
– Monday to Friday: 9am-6pm
– Saturday: 9am-1pm
Job Scope:
- Respond to customer inquiries via social media and email.
- Handle feedback and complaints professionally.
- Record and update customer data as needed.
- Identify process improvements for better service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide effective solutions to customer issues.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome. Good communication skills and customer-oriented. Must be able to multitask.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
