Deskripsi Kerja
C&M GOODS TRADING SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Bukit Raja Klang (Near Columbia Asia). In this role, you will provide essential information to customers, handle inquiries and complaints effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include following up with customers via phone or email, informing them of additional products or services, and resolving common issues.
Full-time position; night shifts required. Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM3,500.00 per month.
