Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at JOBBUILDER as a Customer Service Consultant! You will provide exceptional after-sales support to our drivers at Lumens, acting as the first point of contact for their needs. Your role involves resolving concerns, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
To succeed, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role, possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, and enjoy helping others. Fluent Mandarin is required.
This is a full-time position with a salary of RM9,200.00 – RM11,500.00 per month, working Monday to Friday with rotational shifts and potential weekend hours. Performance bonuses will also be available.
