Deskripsi Kerja
SV Success Voices Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the beauty industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, achieve monthly targets, handle appointments and inquiries, conduct consultations, maintain cleanliness, and oversee cash handling.
Requirements: Minimum SPM, 1-2 years of experience in a hair salon or related field, and proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary starting at RM2,300.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance.
