Job Description:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and assist in problem-solving;

2. Resolve business process issues in coordination with the R&D team.

Requirements:

1. 1+ year of customer service experience;

2. Fluent in Chinese and English;

3. Familiar with social media platforms (TG, FB, Twitter);

4. Local Chinese resident in Malaysia.
