Deskripsi Kerja

Infinity Logistics & Transport Sdn Bhd, located in Bandar Botanic, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage shipment declarations, check tariff codes, and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

Responsibilities: Scanning shipment documents, advising on tariff codes and duties, and preparing payment requests. Proficiency in the SMK system is essential; experience with K1-K4 forms is a plus.

Requirements: Minimum SPM; diploma in Logistics, Shipping, or Business Admin preferred. Strong communication skills in English/BM and Mandarin are valued. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,00.00 per month with benefits.
