SUMMARY: Join Topmix Resources Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Coordinator and play a vital role in monitoring and arranging logistics, handling customer complaints, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and coworkers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and relationships.
- Respond to inquiries and manage orders; prepare Sales and Delivery Orders.
- Monitor and arrange shipments for timely delivery.
- Maintain departmental databases.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Detail-oriented and service-focused.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
PAY: RM2,700.00 – RM3,500.00 per month. Open to fresh graduates.
