Deskripsi Kerja
Join GENESIS MILLENIUM FALCON SDN BHD at Carlcare Service Center, the authorized service center for Infinix, Tecno, and Itel brands. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service cum Admin professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Location: 21, Jalan Lagenda 1, Taman 1 Lagenda, 75400 Melaka, Malaysia
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10 AM to 7 PM), Saturday (10 AM to 3 PM); Off on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing inquiries, invoicing, cashiering, and overseeing inventory.
Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
